I have a few new things I tried 2 weeks ago at 2 parties and they went over GREAT!!! Had everyone raving!!!

First they are so simple. The first was coconut haystacks.

1 bag coconut(small 8 oz)

Put your shortening and chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt then add the cocnut and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. let harden.

Next was peanut butter peanut clusters.

1 can party peanuts

1tbsp. crisco shortening

do same as above directions.

You can also use White chocolate oreos. chocolate covered strawberries and cherries. Buckeyes.
