My niece and nephew are about 2 and a half years old and I want to get them a little gift basket for Easter but I don't know what to put in it or what candy/food is appropriate for a 2 year old?
(They already have a lot of toys)
Any ideas?
Easter gift for 2 year old?
Play dough is fun. Reeses cups. Marsh mallow candies. Fruit Snacks are the best. Yogurt covered raisins. Goldfish Crackers. Cars for the boys, Hair stuff for the girl..
Reply:Well, whatever you may decide to get in the end, think of including a handmade portrait or painting of something they may like, for example some cartoon character they enjoy. Just have the photos or pictures sent to the professional artists at http://www.paintyourlife.com and they will work wonders out of them. You will like it, and so will your friend too, I bet. The service is fast and fairly priced.
They also have a studio for oil paintings reproductions. If you are looking for an affordable gift urgently, you can take a look at their 'stock on sale' at http://www.oil-paintings-reproductions.c...
Reply:A couple of small eggs, a cuddly chick or bunny etc, easter themed book etc.
Reply:Here's what will be in my 2 year olds basket:

Reply:This is what I put in my 2 and a half year olds basket...
The Bee Movie dvd, a Power Ranger mask, Chocolate Bunny, plastic eggs with jelly beans, animal crackers, a potty training book, a gun that blows bubbles, crayons and a coloring book. I also put in a new toothbrush.
Hope this helps.
Reply:coloring books crayons, stuffed animals, andy that is chocolate and thats not really hard
Reply:a holiday appropriate coloring book and the big toddler crayons. Crackers or cookies make good basket fillers. Jelly beans and other small candies are not a great idea.
Reply:What about books? I am giving each one of my children a book with their basket. Candy is hard to choose for a two year old. Lollipops are good and there are all kinds of them. I give them to my one year old. Eggs are also good because they won't choke on them and they would be fun to decorate.
Reply:ring pops baby bottle pops coloring books a barbie doll and little toys
