i have alot of family to shop for and a very tight budget. i want to put together some kind of gift baskets or something for everyone. any ideas on what i could fill them with?
Christmas gift ideas?
try a family picture in every basket, it's pretty affordable, and memorable!
Reply:HI, maybe you can try the following website. Join their "get the word out" promotion, you can get voucher for your purchase.
Reply:movie night basket- $5 to movie rental place or some kind of movie (Walmart has their bins of $5 movies), microwave popcorn, candy, sodas, all wrapped up in a popcorn bowl or some type of bowl, you can use popcorn as filler for the basket.
go to the dollar store for the bowls and they have a good selection of candy in the boxes you get at the movies too, get 6 or 12 pks of bottled soda in various flavors, and boxes of microwave popcorn (they have these at the dollar store too). these are good gifts for everyone!
Reply:If you purchase Christmas gifts from St. Jude's Hospital, 100% of the money goes back to the hospital for sick children. : )
They have gifts for kids - through adults (toys, jewelry, food, clothes, etc.) and MANY are priced at $10 or LESS!
: ) Don't forget to look under "clearance" and "sale" items for some really good deals!
Here is the website for GIFTS:

: ) Everyone will appreciate that you purchased a gift that was both meaningful AND that helped the sick children at St. Jude's Hospital. : )

teens: $$$ or gift cards ... cash is better
women: bath and body works gift basket
men: fave team or player jersey
Reply:I love giving and recieving gift baskets. Bunt and pound cakes sliced and wrapped in colorful saran wrap can be devided between several baskets as well as other baked goods. I usually give mine a week before Christmas so they can be enjoyed before the Christmas feast.
One year I got a program called ProShow Gold and did a DVD picture slide show set to music. It can be downloaded from http://www.photodex.com/products/proshow... for 69 dollars. The program is very user friendly. I collected pictures from different family members that would be of interest, found my music and began the process of scanning pictures into my PC. Once done, I just burned copies for everybody, used another program to make a CD cover and everyone loved the gift. I spent less than a hundrend dollars and gave it out to a lot of family members.
Good luck on finding what is just right for you to do for your family.
