My father in law loves to wash the cars in his house. For christmas i wanted to make him a basket full of products for the cars, but i have a $50.00 budget. what should i include in it?

I did something similar for my MIL one year. It wasn't that much. I bought a car wash bucket ($2)and put in it:
Meguires car wash-$4
A wash mitt-$5
Bug Remover-$3
Wheel cleaner-$5
A synthetic chamois-$10
Tuff Stuff carpet/seat cleaner-$2
A can of Armorall wipes -$3
Gunk glass cleaner -$2
And some microfiber clothes -$2
That's $38 so that leaves you money for tissue paper and a bow.
