Well, you have a lot of options. Like said above, I'm not really sure of your age group, but you could definitely do something sexy: lingerie or massage oils or other little "fun" sexy items (rings, kama sutra book, chocolate edible body paint, etc) You could throw in a pair of cute/funny Valentine's boxers for him. Those always get at least a laugh.

I would definitely use a lot of chocolate. Most chocolate specialty stores have chocolate designs. Check your local mall. Ours has chocolate made hand-cuffs, big hearts, CDs, etc. They're really cute. You can write on most of them and personalize them, as well.

Maybe a gift certificate to the movies? Some kind of concert tickets, possibly? Something that you both can do together. If you're looking to spend some money, you could put a certificate for a couples massage in it.

Pictures are always great for Valentine's Day. Maybe frame a picture or make a small picture book of you two.

Those coupon books (such as "This coupon entitles you to... Breakfast in bed). Those can be as clean or naughty as you want, and lots of fun!

If you're over 21, and he's into wine, a nice bottle of wine. Or perhaps an expensive coffee?

You could put two wine glasses and a small bottle of wine with some chocolates and a candle and maybe some of those cute valentine pjs they sell at like a walmart or target. Have fun with it!
Reply:No hints to what he likes well depending on your age and the status of your relationship i'd say buy a sexy lingerie set for u put it in there with candles wine chocolate and some fun play things if this doesnt sound good then make a theme basket like all music stuff or anime stuff whatever he likes
