You can resell most licensed merchandise.
So if you purchase a licensed NFL t-shirt you could put it in a gift basket.
The NFL received their revenue when you purchased it originally. It is included in that price.
Reply:it should not be illegal but again so many company's are getting law suit happy these days .I would not feature the NFL
logo shirt but would give clients the choice of a certain (select number of your choice )team jersey but not a shirt of there official logo.
