I'd go with the gift basket. You can put in all of her favorite things. That will make her feel better and show her that you care a lot about her, 'cause you must really do.
Reply:That is very thoughtful. Bake her a cake and bring her some flowers. Or maybe book marks or fridge magnets with motivational quotes.
Reply:I think that's a fabulous idea- what a nice friend! A small gift basket or a blooming plant would probably be much appreciated. If I sound like a florist- I was for 17 years!
