What can I make for my boyfriend's valentines day gift basket??Alot not rude advice/?

I dont have much money left, cause I spent over 200 dollers on it, I bought a movie, two shirts, a cd, alot of junk food, two magiznes, alot of cholalte, soda, a big bottle of apple sider, a stuff animal, and lotto tickects, and I want to put more in, what Can I make or get something under 5 dollers, the longer list wins. Have a nice day.

Home baked biscuits with red icing (not what I call junk food)!

If the batch is small there will be enough money for a little second basket to put it in, from a pound or dollar type shop.

Perhaps (again from a cheap shop) a statue, preferably of two people in a romantic pose.

Lotion with a coupon-type note saying "Redeem for a wickely fantastic back rub any time you wish."

Oh, What I have recieved in the past and still cherish is a nice bouquet, even one silk rose(s) with a note saying "Like our love these silk roses will endure and remain in our hearts." If you luck out you can get a small bouquet made up and have enough to spare for a vase from the cheap shop. I have one such collection setting on my tele, complete with a lovely vase.

I hope these ideas help a bit. I know you are putting your heart into this basket. Few women would go so far out of their way for their men.

Reply:Well, I know that every guy likes beer, so maybe through in a six pack or something. My boyfriend is also obsessed w/ Big Red chewing gum, it just seems manly because it's spicy hot cinnamon flavored, so maybe throw in a pack of that, too. Also, I don't know if your guy has long hair or not, but something that one of my girlfriends did for her boyfriend was throw in a pack of hair scrunchies as a "gag gift..." he sure thought it was hilarious! Good luck! It sounds like you don't need much more in there because you've already got it made!
Reply:dont you think you have bought enough? My only thing would be a pair of sexy nickers and a note saying I'll put them on if you take them off.
Reply:Many years ago when we were very poor, I packed his lunch box for him to go to work.

In it I put a couple of 'special' things like a chocolate biscuit or something. I put in some little notes to say I loved him, and best of all I put in a dozen red lychees! - I couldn't afford roses!

(lychees are a fruit by the way, in case anyone is wondering!)

Reply:Anything hand made will mean more than something that you buy. Cookies, knit a scarf, brownies...

Even though guys never let it known it means a lot more the person made the gift rather than paid for it!
Reply:I'd buy a hand held spell checker!!!!
Reply:Here are some under $5 items

1. Go to the dollar store and get a picture frame and then put a picture of the 2 of you in it

2. A Mcdonald's arch card (it is their version of a gift card)

3. Go to the toy aisle at the dollar store and get 5 dollar toys..examples are:

a. toy soldiers

b. water gun

c. board game

d. toy race cars

4. disposable camera

5. keychain with a cute saying on it

6. calendar
Reply:Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } And don't forget the CD with random videos I took of us and a slideshow of pictures from the past 2 years. I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ?
