* a scrapbook store
* The Paper Factory
Reply:I have purchsed it at Factory Card %26amp; Party Oulet and have seen it at Michaels, sometimes Dollar tree and Hobby Lobby Stores.
Reply:Michaels. You can get any art stuff there and for a relativley cheap price.
