What should I get my sister-in-law having fifth child?

At my sister-in-laws church they are having a tea party shower for her and another lady that is on her 5th child. and they both have everything for a baby and we are soposted to get her a gift of pampering or something. But she don't really paint her nails or do anything fancy they like to go to church alot and do stuff as family she does some sewing and cooking and I know she is not into going to a spa. But what is a cheep way of getting her something or some ideas for somekind of gift basket. Thank You

some pretty pajamas, a comfortable lounge set to wear while she is home with the new baby, because most women never buy themselves anything like this, they are too busy providing for the kids
Reply:Box of Condoms(kidding,or not-I do see the religious asspect factoring in here). Doesn't seem like anyone needs to find her more desireable,so go with the basket(Picnic Style,then a nice DVD to watch,while you get the others out for the evening,kids,that is.)
Reply:Why not give her a couple of free nights babysitting or perhaps a couple of hours of maid service. A couple of take the kids for a sleep over coupons in a little gift basket of teas or bath salts. These are all things that you could do yourself rather than pay for and would probably give her a little rest.

candles, bath soap/wash.
Reply:Gift certificates to stores such as Bed, Bath, and Beyond or The Body Shop are never in bad taste when you don't know specifically what the recipient needs or wants.
Reply:what about going to Bath and Body Works and get her some foam baths, lotions, foot soaks that kind of stuff..things she can use to pamper herself once she gets home.
