I have three kids and nobody to watch them. What is another way I can sell the makeup? I used to do it a long time ago and would like to do it again. I have thought about doing gift baskets or passing the books out to offices where a lot of women work. Are there any other ways?
Mary Kay reps...what is a good way to sell Mary Kay when you can't have parties?
The best thing you can do is hold the party at your home or do the gift basket, passing out of books, start your web page on marykay.com. Another you can do is pass out your business cards and along with it have a sample to give them. I have a mary kay website.
Reply:You can try to sell you products at your work or at school.
Reply:I would be happy to help you with this I also have 2 small children and work my Mary Kay business alongside them and other family activities. I hold most of my appointments from my home and know lots of other Mom's that do similar things. I meet people as I go about doing my daily activities and hand out business cards. It is also fun to do play dates with Moms the kids play and we play make-up.
Feel free to email me if you want to talk more about it.
Reply:Everything above is great advice. Just remember that your kids are not a hinderance to your Mary Kay business. They are the reason you want to succeed! Your family is your life and Mary Kay is the tool to help your family achieve the things you need and the things you dream for.
Think outside the box on how you can include them with your business, such as the play dates. When you go to the park, pool, zoo, etc. talk to people everywhere you go.
Here's something else that is a fantastic customer base getter. The bank I bank with has business of the month and I will put out a display with a ballot box "fish bowl" with entry forms for free stuff from MK. You will not BELIEVE how many people have entered and have signed up just from my ballot boxes! It's amazing! Also, you'll find people this way that are stay at home individuals as well!
Don't be freaked out by men entering the drawing! Men will enter for their own skin care or you will have men who want to spoil their wives with our lavish products and gifts! I've had several and all of them are fantastic customers! Just remember, men can sign up too! Look at Roberto Castillo in Mary Kay! What an inspiration!!!
Reply:Send the kids to a their friends while you have the party or
just have it at your house and put a movie on for the kids
