I am going to start my own on-line business, but I need help with the ideas. Can anyone help me?

I want to start an on-line business selling a ton of different crafts, crafts for holidays and special occassions. gift baskets, crocheted baby and adult blankets, and homemade baked goods. Every item would be made to order and guarenteed fresh. But I don't know if anyone would be interested in purchasing these things on-line. Should I just sell crafts that I make and leave out the baked goods, or do both? I need to know if the idea would work. Please give me your feedback, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
