I still don't know what to do.. I want to do something different than last year though. Last year, I donated gift baskets to homeless shelter and helped at an elementary school. I am in the SoCali area.
I have to do community service hours for school, what should i do?

If you want to be a volunteer to help with the consequences of a natural disaster, such as Hurricane Katrina, you need to register and prepare NOW. Here's a web site where you can register and start your preparation so that you can help the next time disaster strikes:

Reply:I think you should go and do a beach, park, or forest clean up. They are fun with a friend and you feel good about your self because you know your helping the environment. By helping the environment you help everyone and everything in it.
Reply:Donate your time to a soup kitchen or help at the humane society.
