How in the world do I gift wrap THAT???

I've got an ironing board and two laundry baskets that I need to gift wrap for a bridal shower. Any clues as to how I can tastefully do that?

How in the world do I gift wrap THAT???
I would just put a ribbon/bow around them...no paper...
Reply:thats a challenge to wrap but hm if you really want to be tasteful i suggest you get a large exercise gym set box put the ironing board in it and wrap it up they will surely be surprised!!! Well am just saying good luck though.
Reply:the baskets shouldn't be hard... wrap them like a box... and maybe just put a ribbon and bow on the board...
Reply:If you really want to wrap the ironing board, they do have tasteful colors in garbage bags now.....lavender, blue and so forth. You could get some of the bags (large ones) and put the bag on the board from either end and tape them together in the middle.....there you have giant gift wrap. Add a bow and you are done.
Reply:Tie a cute apron around the middle of the ironing board (there's NO WAY you can hide what the darned thing is anyway) and put a bow on the pointed top. Tie ribbons on the handles of the baskets and put a matching stick on bow on the middle of the front. There's no reason to try to hide what these things are...just make them festive looking.
Reply:I would get the big bicycle bags for the laundry baskets - you can find them at most big stores - walmart etc. and if the ironing board lays flat just get a huge roll of gift wrap %26amp; wrap it like a regular present - or another bike bag.
Reply:I think getting them a gift card from that store would work better than the baskets and ironing board.

I'm sure you mean well, but it seems like an odd gift, unless it was specifically requested.
Reply:Cut out a photo of an ironing board and two laundry baskets and make a nice note telling the bride that the Items are in you car. place all in a small box and gift wrap in pretty paper. When you go to the shower leave the items in you car, SUV etc with nice Bows on them and give the bride to be the box to open after all the gifts are opened go collect the items for the bride.
Reply:Get a box big enough to hold the board and another box for the baskets. Stick one basket inside the other.

Should be easy after that.
Reply:a big bow for the ironing board and um for the two laundry baskets, but one inside the other...and buy a whole bunch of small stuff like kitchen rags, dish soap, laundry soap..you konw house hold products..get some nice colorful celephane.. (sp?) wrap it up put a contrasting bow, fromt the one on the ironing board around the baskets..and you have a extra big and cute gift basket with a ironing board. Mayn that sounds like a good idea..i surprise myself sometimes!!!

Hope whatever you decide works!!
