For a person who likes to bake.... excluding a cookbook.
What are some nice, but smaller, things to put into a gift basket?
Silicone baking mats and a few silicone pans like mini muffin pans and mini loaf pans. Any dedicated baker would be thrilled with these. You can also get silicone oven mitts and potholders. Unusual baking additives like dried cranberries and dried strawberries and some bottles of assorted sprinkles for the tops of cookies and cupcakes.
Reply:well you could put cake mix and measuring spoons and cups cookie cuters you can even put recipes that you get off the computer just look them up and print them out
Reply:you could put cake mixes in along with brownies and other types of mixes. you could also put some smaller things in there like maybe the measuring cups that or measuring spoons. cookie cutters would work as well, and maybe some recipes you printed online from a website that gives the recipient ideas for baking for christmas. i like to bake myself, so those are gifts in a gift basket that i would enjoy.
Reply:As an accessory to all the things you put in the gift basket, you could put a few cinnamon bun votive candles in it , they smell great, and any baker would like them.
Reply:I would try to choose a theme, like cookie or cake decorating, and find the things that one would use- sprinkles, tube icing, etc. I found chocolate flowers and butterflies that you peel off and put on top of cakes-they looked like I had worked for days! I'd add a wooden spoon or other inexpensive tool and maybe a dish towel or potholder. I'd wander the aisles in the grocery store and find things there. I'm sure you'll get inspired
Reply:Pot holder,mitts,apron,measuring cups,muffin cups,cake mix,rubber spatula,icing,dish towels,and a timer.Be creative---if a male likes to BBQ---about the same plus a bottle of BBQ sauce.
Reply:cake mixes, muffin mix, small bottle of oil, measuring cups, measuring spoons, cute oven mitts, kitchen towels, can opener, refridgerator magnets, some good cocoa for hot chocolate, cookie cutters, etc. I would just browse the baking aisle and the kitchen gadget aisle at the store for ideas.
