Ideas for a gift basket- married couple for "honeymoon"?

Some friends of ours are getting married and we thought to get them a sort of gift basket for their wedding. They are leaving on a "pre-honeymoon" to an NFL football game and they will be driving. The drive is about 8 hours. Any ideas on good things to include in the gift basket-

We were thinking music that they can listen to on the drive

map of interesting things to do where they are going

Any other ideas or sport ideas????

Please don't put done any sexual answers please, this is a serious gift. I know it is the honeymoon, so something romantic and tasteful would be good.

Thank you

If you know the route they are taking you could purchase them gift certs to a nice restaurant along the way.
Reply:I think that some wine, beer, cheese %26amp; crackers, scratch offs, candy, boxers, underwear,???? hope that helps!
Reply:You could include some candles for their hotel room. You could include some champagne.I really liked the memory card idea and the restaurant idea also. One alternative would be to give them a gift certificate to the hotel they are staying at (so that they could order room service.) But I think you should stick with either romantic or sporty, not both.
Reply:If they are road tripping, put some good snack foods in there too.
Reply:car games they could play on the way (verbal ones)....like getting to know you; mad libs, etc.

joke books; food that won't melt; a massager (neck/back), a gift cert to a resturant in the town of the game.
Reply:Put two of their favorite football team jerseys in there for them to wear to the game.
Reply:Blanket of their favorite NFL team

Calling cards

Snacks and bottled water

Gum
Reply:Remy Martin - Louis XIII

Next, we are in Hong Kong, apparent not only by the décor but the Shrimp Hargow with beef pot stickers and chicken steamer dumplings sitting on the table. Jason Bowden begins telling us about the next drink, Remy Martin's V.S.O.P. "This, you could drink with or without food." We opted for the former! The V.S.O.P. was poured over ice, topped with ginger ale and served with few of the Asian appetizers. The drink was smooth and balanced. I could taste some vanilla, licorice, and hazelnut. The blend was amazing. The grand finale was in a lounge not much different than most living rooms. "We need to change the setting," Bowden says. Sitting on the table, glittering from the unobstructed sunlight was a bottle of Louis XIII - The King of Cognacs. "Louis the Thirteenth is above and beyond all this," says Bowden.

A fine cognac indeed, and my gift idea.
Reply:Maybe something to munch on and sodas. To add some fun to the gift basket, you might try to find some of those big hands with their favorite team's insignia. Maybe tuck in some His and Hers sweatshirts with the team's logo.

Another thing you could put in there is a spare memory chip for their digital camera so they can take as many pictures of their honeymoon as they want without having to be stingy at the end.

Good luck finding the right stuff and felicitations to the happy couple :)
