Pass out business cards to everyone you meet, leave some at appropriate places.

Make (small) sample baskets and deliver them to offices of large companies with your contact info/pamphlet. Make them and give them to your friends and family as gifts. Ask them to pass the word.

I know this is not free, but you need to get your product out.

Start attending local events and charities. Your local chamber of commerce should host events from time to time, attend those and network with other business owners. Establish a relationship with local churches and schools.
